The village of Pincrest has earned a lot of positive national attention in only slightly over 20 years. The city was incorporated in 1996. It is known as a Tree City USA and a Playful City USA. Another recognition it has received is as a Community of Respect.

With all of this acclaim, it is no wonder that the village is a very desirable place to live. It is just over 6 square miles in overall size. The South Florida Business Journal also recognized the city of Pincrest in 2011. The journal named the village as a top ten best place in the state of Florida in the category of quality of life.

The homes are beautifully landscaped and maintain with pride. The streets are tree-lined, and the community is welcoming and tight knit. There are many events and opportunities to get to know the people of the city. The population is very diverse. There are approximately 19,000 people living in the village. The small village is a wonderful place to settle down and raise a family. The schools are highly rated, so a large portion of the population is made up of families with children. Many of the houses consist of 4+ bedrooms and beautiful backyards. There are parks and bike paths designed to delight residents of all ages.
