Culter Bay, a charming city in Miami-Dade County in South Florida, was established in 2005. The city brings the rich history of the region to life with American ingenuity and entrepreneurship. This is evident in its many outstanding cultural and historic sites that sit proudly in the heart of town.

Cauley Square Historic Railroad Village celebrates the recent restoration of this tribute to railroad transportation in the area. Many of the city’s other amenities are as equally diverse as its nearly 48,000 residents.

The English language and the Spanish language were spoken at home by approximately 59% and 38% of the population in 2000, respectively. These numbers have changed over the years and by 2012, they have shifted to 44.1% and 50.4%. There is also a large Cuban population in Culter Bay. As was recorded in 2000, The city had the 35th highest ratio of Cuban individuals in the United States.
