Education institutions in the city are connected to the Miami-Dade School District. A mix of public and charter schools, all of them are highly rated. Nevertheless, when relocating to the area, it’s best to review the schools that serve the neighborhood you’re interested in.

Recreation
In a few minutes, residents can be over one of the city’s causeways and on South Florida’s famous white-sand beaches. Those who want a break from the crowds can head to nearby Oleta State River Park. This quieter space allows visitors to kayak, fish, or hike.
In fact, being on the water allows for numerous aquatic sports. In addition to kayaking and swimming, residents can learn to surf, canoe, and fish. There are also miles of trails for people to stroll along the shore or watch the sunset.
In the end, Aventura is a fine middle ground for those who want to be in the heart of Miami life but not pay for it. With its concentrated urban environment and abundant recreational opportunities, the city is right for families and retirees who want to enjoy everything that South Florida provides.
